Resume

Hello
I’m Stephen Mojar, an upcoming game developer with a strong interest in UX Design, User Interface Programming, Game Design, and Game Programming.
I’ve been interested in game development since I was young, creating minigames on platforms such as Roblox and Minecraft for my friends and me. It was through these that I realized that I enjoyed making experiences that were immersive, creative, and enjoyable.
Studying Game Programming at Humber College has given me the privilege to work on many projects like Equinox, the Midstone Project, my Capstone Project, and more. Working on these projects helped me garner insights into game design, understanding various game engines, learned how to be an effective communicator, and navigate through the development pipeline.
I want to focus on UX Design and User Interface programming, as I always strive for players to have a seamless blend of gameplay and navigation. Over the years, I’ve learned to be proficient in languages like C++ and C#, and I’ve dug deep into engines such as Unity3D/2D and Unreal Engine. I’ve also ventured through Networking, Graphics & Physics Programming using OpenGL, Graphics Programming using Vulkan, AI, and AR Development in Unity. I’ve honed my designs skills with an emphasis on UI/UX, creating U.I. diagrams to represent what U.I. screens my projects will have and how the user is going to get from one screen to another. I’ve navigated through challenges that helped me polish my management, communication, and teamwork abilities allowing for smooth collaboration in every project I partake in.
Why?
I dream one day to work on many projects within the game industry in collaboration with other talented people who share my passion. I’m a quick learner, quick to adapt, I love learning new things, I love growing, and to be able to pour my passion into game development. I dream and hope to do this for the many years to come.
When I’m not developing games, I am very physically active person, so I indulge in activities such as weightlifting, biking, rock climbing, and swimming. I also have an interest in music, so I play the guitar and ukelele. Additionally, I’m also learning Japanese on the side and of course, playing video games.
I am eager to collaborate and learn so please feel free to explore the projects I’ve worked on and contact me using the information inside my resume.
